Le Terrazze di Maravigghia Palermo is a unique apartment, located on the fourth floor (without elevator) of a recently renovated building, in the most significant street of the historic center of Palermo Via Vittorio Emanuele. 

Four floors can be tiring, for those who are not used to it, in fact we do not recommend it at all, but as soon as you cross the threshold of your home you will understand how valuable your stay will be. You will have access to a large living room furnished in a modern style characterized by a unique architectural element: a part of a ridge of an old church from 1500 (which no longer exists). Kitchen equipped with every comfort, bathroom with shower and large bedroom. Television with Sky, Netflix and Prime and high-speed WIFI connection.

But the most beautiful part of the apartment is the outside. You will have access to two terraces: the first one that borders on the living area, where you will find a jacuzzi, heatable in the colder months, a washer dryer and a small outdoor lounge with rocking chair. But the wonder does not ends there. Going up the stairs you access to the rooftop equipped with a table, chairs and gazebo (not covered) and a small barbecue to enjoy your dinners with a breathtaking view of the historic center of the city.
