Le Terrazze di Maravigghia Palermo is a unique apartment, located on the fourth floor (no elevator) of a recently renovated building, in the most significant street of the historical center of Palermo, Via Vittorio Emanuele.
Four floors can be tiring to climb, for those who are not used to it, in fact we do not recommend this apartment to everyone, but as soon as you cross the threshold of the house you will understand how valuable your stay will be. At the entrance you will access a large living room furnished with a modern style, also your eyes immediately are going to notice the ridge of an old church of 1500 (which no longer exists) that overlooks the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and large bedroom. Two televisions are set respectively in the living and sleeping area. Satellite TV, Netflix and Prime, also high speed WIFI.
But the most beautiful part of the apartment is the outdoors where you’ll have an access to two terraces: first that borders the living area where you will find a whirlpool with the possibility of heated water in colder months, a washer, dryer and a small outdoor lounge a swing-chair . But the wonder does not end here... and from a flight of stairs up you can access the second rooftop terrace equipped with table, chairs and uncovered gazebo, as well small barbecue to enjoy your dinners with a breathtaking view of the historic center of the city.

For those who reach us by car: we recommend parking in public car parking areas such as: in via napoli, via venezia, via zara or if you’d prefer easy way, you can ask us to reserve a parking space in the private car park 100mt from the apartment (with a cost starting from 20€ per day. depends to your car size). The area is subject to ZTL (limited traffic zone) and to access by car you must buy the pass at a cost of € 5 at the Tobacco kiosk after arriving to the place or via the app PalermoMobilita. Ask for more information.
For those arriving from Palermo airport: we recommend using the Prestiè&Comandè shuttle bus that will take you to the city in about 50 minutes and take off at the penultimate stop from the terminus (via Roma/Vucciria) from there to reach the apartment in 3 minutes walk; alternatively you can take the train from the airport every 20/30 minutes with the terminus to the Central Station from there reach the apartment in 7 minutes walk.
For those arriving from the Port of Palermo: we recommend walking to the apartment. Within 20 minutes you’ll arrive to the place.
